Tejveer S. Walia is the Founder and Principal Appraiser of Walson Consulting Inc. He established the firm with a clear goal: to provide reliable, well-supported residential property valuations that clients can rely on during important legal, tax, and financial decisions. As a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) and a member of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB), Tejveer brings both technical appraisal expertise and practical market insight to every assignment. He works closely with homeowners, estate trustees, lawyers, accountants, and private lenders throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
